Massage Treatments...
I have been receiving massages from Debbie over the past few weeks to relieve shoulder and neck pain. I have found her to be very professional and my shoulders and neck have never felt better. - Deep Tissue Massage - A deep tissue massage concentrates on problem areas using deep pressure massage techniques and prescription essential oils (if requested).

- Indian Head Massage - This treatment begins with an upper back, neck & shoulder massage, with head and facial massage. Specific problem areas are focused on to suit you and regular treatments can help eleviate muscular tension, sinus problems, headaches, hair and skin conditions.

- Hot Stone Massage - This amazing treatment has been a great success in treating a wide range of problems for many different people. Not only is it probably one of the most relaxing treatments available it can be adapted to give a deeper massage (a favourite with sports enthusiasts)
It has proven to a be a great treatment for the elderly with muscular & joint
mobility who cannot tolerate too much pressure in a massage.
The stones are massaged gently over your body and the heat they
radiate penetrates deep into the muscles & joints.

This is a 90 mins prescription treatment and includes any of my treatments to optimally help you physically & emotionally.
This covers a wide range of problems for example
You may have recently broken a bone and I use an advanced prescription blend of oils to speed the healing process, combined with a deep tissue massage on the muscle areas that have started to ache due to this injury. This prescription oil can be made for you to take home if you wish.
Or you have recently experienced a serious stressful event - I will combine, massage, reiki and a talk for example, which includes tools to assist you to recover from this event as quickly as is possible - £50
